You Already Know What This Is Costing You
You wake up before everyone else. Not because you’re disciplined—because you can’t sleep. You lie there running the same thoughts on loop. Then you get up, put on the face, and start performing.
At work, you’re the one everyone leans on. You solve problems. You stay calm. Nobody asks how you’re actually doing—because you’ve trained them not to. At home, you’re present but not there. Your partner can feel it. Your kids can feel it. You can feel it. But you don’t know how to close the distance because you don’t even know when it started.
You say yes when you mean no. You apologize for things that aren’t your fault. You swallow frustration until it leaks out sideways—a sharp tone you didn’t mean, a reaction that doesn’t match the moment. Then you feel guilty about that too.
Somewhere along the way, you stopped asking for what you need. That took real discipline. But discipline without direction is just endurance—and endurance has a shelf life.
At night, you stay busy. Work, screens, whatever keeps the quiet from catching up. Because the quiet is where the real questions live—and you don’t have anyone to think them through with.
You already know what carrying it alone costs. You can feel it in the distance at home, in the sleep that doesn’t come, in the patience that runs out before dinner. That cost doesn’t stay flat. It compounds. Not because something dramatic happens, but because nothing changes, and the people around you slowly adjust to the version of you that’s checked out.
Whatever you’re carrying—the anger, the numbness, the things you’ve never said out loud—that’s exactly the kind of weight this room was built for.
What Starts to Change When You Stop Carrying It Alone
Your partner says something that used to set you off. This time, there’s a gap between the trigger and your response—small, but real. The conversation that used to end in a fight ends differently. Not because you memorized a technique, but because you’ve been practicing out loud, weekly, with men who held you to it.
A colleague pushes a boundary at work. Instead of swallowing it or exploding, you hold the line. It’s uncomfortable. It doesn’t come naturally yet. But it holds—because you’ve rehearsed that exact moment with men who pushed you past every excuse.
You look in the mirror and recognize the man looking back. Not because you became someone new. Because you stopped performing.
Who Runs This
Vladislav Davidzon
I built Wolf Pack because it didn’t exist when I needed it.
I came to America as a kid from Ukraine with nothing. Built my first company in high school. Founded and sold multiple businesses. Stood for liberty when the government overreached and led a recall that made international news. I’ve been in conflict zones, federal courtrooms, and boardrooms—and through all of it, I had to figure out resilience, discipline, and emotional mastery completely on my own.
There was no men’s group. No mentor handing me a framework. No room where I could say what I was actually carrying. I learned everything the hard way—through failure, isolation, and years of trial and error. I stacked accomplishments like armor, and none of it taught me how to be present at home or let anyone in.
I created Wolf Pack to be the room I wish had existed years earlier. Not because I have it all figured out—but because I know exactly what it costs to keep carrying it alone. I did it the hard way. You don’t have to.

How the Wolf Pack Men’s Group Works
Wolf Pack is a group of up to 12 men who meet every week on a live video call. All sessions are held online—no commute, no location requirement. No lectures. No diagnoses. Just structured, honest training with men who will call out the stories you hide behind and hold you to your word—every single week. Every session is led personally by Vladislav—not delegated to a hired facilitator. In a group this small, they know your name and they track your commitments.
Who’s in the group: Founders running companies. Engineers managing teams. Physicians, attorneys, military veterans, first responders. Fathers who coach their kids’ teams on Saturday and sit alone in the garage on Sunday. Successful enough that no one would guess they’re struggling. That’s exactly why they’re here.
Scheduling: Sessions run Saturdays at 12pm Pacific via Zoom. One 90-minute call per week—same day, same time. Additional time slots will be added as demand grows.
Confidentiality: What’s said in the room stays in the room. Every member signs a confidentiality commitment before their first call. There is no member directory. Your name never appears anywhere public.
Small group. Real training. Total privacy.

Why the Strongest Men Never Train Alone
You’ve tried the solo route—books, podcasts, discipline, willpower. And some of it helped. But something’s still missing. Here’s what’s missing: you can’t build in isolation what broke down because of isolation. The disconnection didn’t start because you’re broken. It started because somewhere around 16, 18, 22, you learned that needing people was weakness. You’ve been operating on that ever since.
In a room of men doing the same work, something shifts. You see yourself through eyes that have no reason to lie. You say the thing you’ve been holding and the world doesn’t end. You watch another man own his failure and something inside you unclenches—because if he can say it, maybe you can too. That doesn’t happen in a book. It happens in a room.
This men’s accountability group isn’t powerful because of what we teach. It’s powerful because of what happens when men finally drop the act with each other.
You don’t need more information. You need men who won’t let you hide.
Is This For You?
You’ll Know This Is For You If…
- You’re tired of saying “I’m fine” when you’re not
- You’ve built something real on the outside, but something inside is off
- You know your boundaries need work but don’t know where to start
- You want men in your life who will tell you the truth—not just what you want to hear
- You don’t have it all figured out, and you’re starting to feel the cost of doing this alone
This Probably Isn’t the Right Fit If…
- You want a group that will agree with you to keep things comfortable
- You’re looking for someone to hand you a script—this is a place where you build your own
- You’re convinced nothing needs to change—in how you communicate, handle stress, or cope
- You want theory and ideas—this is about practice and follow-through
You don’t need to have it figured out. You just need to be done doing it alone.
Start Your Free MonthEvery Week, You Walk In With the Full Weight. You Walk Out Knowing How to Carry It.
90 minutes. Five phases. Here’s why: 60 minutes is enough to talk. It’s not enough to train. The last 30 is where the work happens.
The Charge 15 min
Calibration
You name one thing that’s going right. Not a gratitude exercise—a reality check. It pulls you out of your head and into the present before the real work starts.
The Mirror 20 min
Confrontation
You identify the one place where your actions didn’t match your standard this week. Out loud. To men who don’t judge—but don’t let you coast either. In your first sessions, it might be small. A boundary you didn’t hold. A conversation you ducked. Nobody’s asking for your darkest secret on day one.
The Furnace 25 min
Direct Fire
The kind of honest observations that are hard to hear from people close to you—and even harder to ask for. You’ll hear them here, from men who have no reason to protect your feelings. This is where outside perspective does what no amount of self-reflection can match.
Five phases. One weekly commitment. No hiding.
Start Your Free MonthThe Battlefield 20 min
Live Drill
One exercise. No theory. You practice the thing you’ve been avoiding—setting the boundary, having the conversation, holding your ground. You don’t talk about it. You do it.
The Gauntlet 10 min
The Contract
You make one commitment for the week. Clear. Measurable. Non-negotiable. Next week, you’ll either report that you did it—or own that you didn’t.
Your first session: You’ll introduce yourself. You’ll listen to the other men. You’ll hear how sessions work. Nobody expects your life story on day one—you speak when you’re ready, and some men take a few weeks. In my experience facilitating these conversations, something loosens around session three or four. That’s the pattern. Something loosens when you stop performing and start telling the truth.
This isn’t a support circle. It’s a training ground. Every session is designed to put you exactly where your edges show—and make you hold the line anyway.

Core Discipline
15-module course on the physical foundations: sleep, nutrition, inflammation, stress, habits, and exercise. You can’t train your mind if your body is working against you.
Most online group coaching programs charge $300–$500/month and put 15–20 men in front of a hired facilitator. Wolf Pack is $99/month for four 90-minute sessions with up to 12 men, led personally by Vladislav. That’s under $25 per session in a group small enough that you can’t coast.

Honest Answers to Hard Questions
If you’re skeptical, good. You should be. Here’s what I’d want to know if I were in your position.
You’ve been handling it alone for years—and you’ve accomplished real things that way. That’s not in question. The question is whether the cost is one you can keep paying. Your sleep. Your patience. The distance that grows so slowly you don’t notice until it’s hard to cross. The men here are high-functioning too—founders, physicians, veterans. Every man who’s ever done this work says the same thing: “I can’t believe I waited so long.”
Good—that instinct means you take this seriously. And here’s the reality: they won’t be strangers for long. Within a few sessions, these men will see through the version of you that you show everyone else—because the group won’t accept it. You set the pace. Some men take weeks before they go deep. The group doesn’t need your life story. It needs you present. And most men say that the honesty they practice here changes every relationship they bring it home to.
No. Nobody’s diagnosing you or treating you for anything. This is training—structured practice in the skills most men were never taught: boundaries, honesty, emotional clarity, accountability. If you’re in therapy, this fits alongside it well. If you’re not, this might be what you need instead. Wolf Pack is not crisis intervention—if you’re in active danger, call 988.
Three things. Size: Up to 12 men, not 20+. You can’t hide in a group this small. Structure: Most groups are open-format—whoever wants to talk, talks. Wolf Pack follows a 5-phase protocol. Every session has pressure, practice, and a weekly commitment you’ll be held to. You don’t just share. You train. The guide: Vladislav has built and exited companies, led a political recall covered by international media, completed vision quests, and trained in martial arts. He’s not reading from a manual—he’s speaking from a life that tested everything he teaches. That changes what’s possible in every session.
That’s what the free month is for—so you can find out without risking a cent. Attend all four sessions. Be honest with the group. If you don’t feel a real shift, cancel before your first payment and you owe nothing. The only thing you’re risking is six hours of your time over a month. If it doesn’t work, you’ll know—and you’ll have your answer. If it does, you’ll wonder why you waited.
You don’t need a speech. Most men say something simple: “I found a small weekly group—six or eight men on a video call—where we work on being more honest, holding boundaries, and not shutting down. It’s structured, not a venting session. I want to be better at this. For us. This is me doing something about it instead of just thinking about it.” That’s enough. Most partners feel relief when a man tells them he’s doing something intentional. If she wants to see what it’s about, show her this page.
For partners reading this: Wolf Pack is structured training in honesty and accountability. This is not a place where men complain about their relationships. The men here practice being better husbands, better fathers, and better communicators. Questions? Email [email protected].
Logistics
Absolute confidentiality. What’s shared in the group goes no further—not publicly, not in marketing, not to anyone outside the group. Recordings are stored on a secure, password-protected platform accessible only to active members of your specific group. When you leave, your access ends. Recordings are deleted after 30 days. There is no member directory. You can use your first name only if you prefer.
Every session is recorded. Life happens. But the men who show up consistently are the ones who actually change. If you can commit to three out of four calls a month, you’ll do well. If you miss one, you’ll get the recording within 24 hours and can post your check-in to the private channel to stay accountable.
Your free month starts the day you join. Exactly 30 days later, your first $99 charge hits—you’ll get a reminder email 3 days before. After that, you’re billed on the same date each month. Founding members keep this rate for life. Cancel any time before your next billing date and you won’t be charged again.
One email to [email protected]. No retention calls, no waiting periods, no runaround. You’ll get a confirmation reply within 24 hours. Your membership ends at the close of your current billing cycle. You keep access through the end of your paid month. If you cancel during your free trial, you’re never charged.
No. There’s no ideology, no dogma, no belief system required. Wolf Pack is practical training in honesty, boundaries, and emotional clarity. Men of all backgrounds and beliefs are welcome. If you have a spiritual practice, this will complement it. If you don’t, nothing here will conflict with that.
The charge appears as “Resilient Wisdom”—a general wellness brand, nothing that identifies a men’s group or personal development. During your free month, no charge appears at all. Your first $99 charge shows 30 days after signup.
No ideology. No manifestos. No one telling you women are the problem or that you need to “dominate your reality.” Wolf Pack is grounded in one idea: men get stronger when they stop performing for each other and start telling the truth. If that sounds boring compared to the influencer crowd, good. Boring works. Hype doesn’t.
If you’ve read this far, you already know.
Start Your Free MonthThe Promise
Your first month is free. That’s not a gimmick—it’s the guarantee. Show up to all four sessions. Be honest with the group. If you don’t feel a real shift—in your clarity, your boundaries, how you show up at home and at work—cancel before your first payment and you owe nothing. No forms. No hoops. You email me, it’s done.
I’m not hedging this with fine print. Four sessions is enough time to know whether this changes something for you. If it doesn’t, you leave and owe nothing. I’d rather lose a member honestly than keep one on inertia.
